Valère Coignet is a French guitarist and composer born in 1996. He started playing guitar at the age of 9 in rock and metal styles and began composing in high school. He joined the conservatory in Amplified Current Music and obtained a few years later a diploma of Musical Studies, as well as a professional certificate with Berklee Online. During this period, he composes and plays in various musical projects including an orchestra with which he experiences the stage.

 

As his style evolved towards instrumental progressive metal, he created a solo project under the pseudonym "Valzore" and released his first EP "Just a Step Away". Soon after, he won the first round of a contest organized by United Guitars, which gave him new opportunities. He started making demos for several major music companies, tried his hand at teaching guitar and joined "The Electric Barock Quartet" with whom he did his first tour.

 

Lately, he participates in the pedagogical section of the magazine "Guitare Xtreme", performs demonstrations at various festivals and joins the team of United Guitars for their 4th album.
