Biography

Born in Arles on 20/06/1974 South of France

1983 : Mario starts with the music school of classical guitar and wins the 1st price of the PACA region all schools and instruments together called the price KIWANIS CLUB.

1988 : Mario makes his 1st album Gipsyboys and his 1st concerts.

1992 : First contract signature with Polydor ARS Belgium with his new group Gitano boys. Mario starts his career as an artist, he makes a duet with the famous Toots Thielmans.

1994 : Mario joins the group Los Reyes and records 5 Albums with European tour, he makes a cover of Sting (English man New York) of which he receives the congratulations of Sting.

1998 : World tour with the GIPSY KINGS replacing Tonino Baillardo's lead guitar. 1st solo album entitled Turquoise Dream Universal Music Greece Guest artist: Manu katche (drum) Domic Miller (guitar) Pino Paladino (bass)

2005: Album Andrea DUO WITH ANDREA BOCELLI of the title of which I am author composer SIN TU AMOR it is sold more than 9 million discs with Universal world. Intervened on the title Juramé of andréa bocelli (guitar voice) produced by Humberto Gaticca, Tony Renis & David Foster

2006: Participates in the World Day of Peace in Rome at the Vatican private audience with Pope John Paul II.

2011: Debut of Gipsy Man (Mario Reyes) with his solo record touring the usa for several live concerts and becomes the voice of a TV novela sold in 156 countries and more than 40 million views on YouTube entitled EL CLON telemundo uno production Louis Medina.he records at the studio Petit Mas with Philippe Bruguiére 5 Album of Chico & the gipsy of which 1 with Charles Aznavour.

2015 : He joins the group André Reyes by Gipsy kings as lead guitar. It makes 2 years of world tour sold out!

2020 : He continues these concerts of which, opera of Dubai, India, Chile, Latin America, usa for several concerts always sold out.

2021 : Mario decides to record a solo album entitled HUMILDAD Y SINCILLES with Philippe Bruguiére Petit Mas which will be ready soon.
